*Because a face-up is done by hand painting, it may slightly vary from the promotional company photos.
*Extra note: the pink colored resin is harder to mix equally. Therefor some darker colored 'spots' may occur. These 'spots' are not to be counted as a faulted cast.
PLEASE NOTE :
Some customers are unaccustomed to the production methods of Ball-Jointed Dolls. Production does not start until AFTER the pre-order is closed, so the waiting time starts from the time the pre-order ENDS. Please don't order if you can't wait the substantial time it takes to make & ship the doll!
More about Pre-Ordering: ***PLEASE READ*** Pre-orders take 2 to 3 months to receive once they have been submitted by us to the manufacturer (casting factory). Although we list an average wait time for pre-orders, we do not guarantee that pre-orders will be received within that time frame. If we do not receive our minimum order quantity by the end of the pre-order than a refund will be available to you. Please note that pre-ordered products that are altered in any way, (example; doll body/gender switch, make-up altered, etc.), are not eligible for a refund unless we are unable to obtain the product. There is no way for us to know exactly how long it will take to receive your purchase, please keep this in mind when placing your order!
