Some customers are unaccustomed to the production methods of Ball-Jointed Dolls. Production does not start until AFTER the pre-order is closed, so the waiting time starts from the time the pre-order ENDS. Please don't order if you can't wait the substantial time it takes to make & ship the doll!

Please note that pre-ordered products that are altered in any way, (example; doll body/gender switch, make-up altered, etc.), are not eligible for a refund unless we are unable to obtain the product.
